About the Event

Wrapping up 2019 let's look back at all the lessons, heartbreak and joy that made us grow and with open hearts welcome 2020 with new energy, new vibes, and new potentials for creating the best version of ourselves.  This calming and regenerative practice invites you to spend an hour in loving contemplation.  We will begin with a guided meditation while surrounded by the healing energies of crystals and conclude with relaxation while bathing in the transforming vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.

As I've gone about this experience of life, like I'm sure many of you have, I have endured moments of deep depression and debilitating anxiety.  Lately, I've spoken to many people, close friends, family and students that find themselves within this very emotional and real struggle.  I'm so happy to offer this monthly relaxing and calming practice to anyone that may fall within this spectrum of difficulty.  I open my home and heart to you and gift you with loving kindness and support so that you may see a way through your pain, fear, and circumstances.

My home shala is small in size but enormous in love and has space for about 8 participants so please RSVP to reserve your spot.  We will be offering this practice on the first Friday of every month.

Please consider subscribing to recieve updates and notifications of upcoming events!

You will need: a yoga mat, pillow, bolster or cushion (if you wish) and a blanket.

This is a donation-based event, any amount you would like to contribute is welcomed, but not necessary to participate. (suggested donation $5)
