We invite you to enjoy a meditative practice that builds on the internal experience of our shared existence. Tibetan Heart Yoga helps to make your physical body healthy and strong, but most importantly, it opens our hearts to love and accept others and ourselves. We will be learning how to plant "world-seeds" of loving-kindness and compassion, how to transform mental formations and negative self-talk in order to create a better world for all beings.
