This is a meditative practice that builds on the internal experience of our shared existence. Tibetan Heart Yoga helps to make your physical body healthy and strong, but most importantly, it opens our hearts to love and accept others and ourselves. We will be learning how to plant "world-seeds" of loving-kindness and compassion, how to transform mental formations and negative self-talk in order to create a better world for all beings.
Tibetan Heart Yoga is a unique & ancient practice that combines yoga poses with meditation & visualization to bring about a transformation of the heart.
This is a two day course:
Day 1: We will explore the Philosophy of the practice in order to understand how this ancient yoga works for us from the inside out.
Day 2: We dive into the physical practice putting everything we've learned from day one into an enlightening & meditative yoga practice that delves deep into our connection & inter-being with all sentient life & world around us.
Bonus Day 3: We will meet live on zoom, for a short practice followed by Q&A and tips on how to incorporate everything we've learned into our daily lives.
