Eat the Rainbow

Colors serve a nutritional purpose! 

It's important to eat fruits and vegetables from every color and get a variety of vitamins and nutrients to prevent disease.  Aim to eat foods of as many (natural!) colors as you can each day. The bright color in fruits and vegetables comes from phytonutrients, each of which has their own beneficial properties.
