Tibetan Heart Yoga is a unique & ancient practice that combines yoga poses with meditation & visualization to bring about a transformation of the heart. This is a two day course: Day 1: We will explore the Philosophy of the practice in order to understand how this ancient yoga works for us from the inside out. Day 2: We dive into the physical practice putting everything we've learned from day one into an enlightening & meditative yoga practice that delves deep into our connection & inter-being with all sentient life & world around us. Bonus Day 3: We will meet live on zoom, for a short practice followed by Q&A and tips on how to incorporate everything we've learned into our daily lives. In today's atmosphere of division, disagreement and misunderstanding it is of the utmost importance to begin the internal work of healing and transformation. You are invited to explore a deeper style of yoga that incorporates... * chanting (kirtan) * meditation (dhyana) * mindful breathing (pranayama) * visualization exercises * traditional and non-traditional poses (asanas) This is a meditative practice that builds on the internal experience of our shared existence. Tibetan Heart Yoga helps to make your physical body healthy and strong, but most importantly, it opens our hearts to love and to accept others and ourselves. We will be learning how to plant "world-seeds" of loving-kindness and compassion, how to transform mental formations and negative self-talk in order to create a better world for all beings. Exhale Love, Inhale Gratitude This course if offered virtually as two separate classes. The first one being philosophy (1hr) the second is the physical practice (90min). We will have a bonus live class (date TBD) on zoom, for Q&A and tips on how to take this practice and concepts off the mat and into our daily lives! Once you've purchased the course you may come back and repeat it for no extra cost anytime plus you will be invited to all future bonus live classes!

Cancellation Policy
At Ahimsa Wellness Yoga, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our members, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Class Cancellations: * If you need to cancel a class reservation online or in person, please do so at least 12hrs in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another student. * Cancellations made less than 12hrs before class time are non-refundable and subject to loss of class credit. 2. Workshops and Retreat Cancellations: * For workshop and retreats, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event start date to receive a full refund. *Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund or credit, depending on the circumstances. 3. Private Sessions: *Private sessions cancellations require at least 48hrs notice to avoid a cancellation fee and can be rescheduled at your earliest convenience. *Cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance may result in a charge for the full session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a flexible and accommodating environment for all our yogis.
