This class helps you move every joint through its full range of motion—keeping your body strong and flexible while supporting healthy joints and spine. By practicing backbends, forward bends, and twists, you keep your spinal disks healthy and supple.

You’ll also boost your immune system and overall wellbeing by improving lymph flow, which helps your body fight infection and clear out toxins. We’ll focus on yoga for arthritis, balance, osteopenia, osteoporosis, and brain health, plus teach you breathing and meditation techniques for vitality.  Bring your mat and water. All levels welcome!

Ashtanga Yoga: Strength & Focus
This energetic class follows a set sequence of poses linked with breath

to build heat, stamina, and mental clarity. Expect a challenging, athletic

practice that develops total-body strength and flexibility.

Perfect for anyone wanting to push themselves and complement other

activities—like bouldering and rock climbing. 

Best for those seeking a strong, structured flow!
